All Iconic Templates™ products may require specific third-party software or plugins, not included in the purchase. Details of these requirements are clearly listed on each product page.

License and Usage

Upon purchase, products are licensed for both personal and commercial use on a limited number of sites. Updates and support are provided for 1 year, with an option to renew. 

Redistribution or resale of our products is prohibited. Intellectual property rights remain with Iconic Templates™.

Course Enrollment

Access to course content is for the lifetime of the course. Sharing login information or course content without explicit permission from Iconic Templates™ is strictly prohibited and will result in access revocation without a refund.

Payment Plans

Committing to a payment plan obligates you to complete all payments. Failure to fulfill payment obligations will result in access termination without a refund.

Delivery of Digital Products

Products are delivered digitally via your account on our website, immediately after purchase. Course materials are accessible in a designated area on our site, with videos viewable online.

Cancellation of Subscription

Subscriptions to Iconic Templates™ may be canceled at any time by the subscriber. This can be done directly through the ‘My Account’ dashboard on the Iconic Templates™ website. 

Upon cancellation, the subscriber will retain access to their template libraries until the end of their current billing cycle. 

No further charges will be applied following the cancellation. However, it is important to note that the cancellation will take effect at the end of the billing cycle, and not immediately upon the request of cancellation.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all purchases are final and non-refundable. Please ensure the product meets your needs before purchasing.

Support

We offer email and ticket support for technical issues related to product installation and setup. Support does not cover customization or third-party compatibility.

Use of Images

Demo images in our products are for demonstration purposes only and may be subject to copyright. Purchased products may contain placeholder images.

Marketing and Privacy

Your personal details are used solely for transactional updates. You will not receive unrelated marketing emails unless you opt-in during checkout. We respect your privacy and never share your information, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.

Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate your account for violations of these terms, including abusive behavior or illegal activities. Termination results in loss of access to products and services without a refund.
